Question regarding default setting

How do I change the default on my iPhone from Cupertino, CA to my city? I would like for my city to be the first to come up when I check the weather. I apologize in advance if this has been asked before, but I couldn't find it.

Add a new city. Then go to edit and remove cupertino.

Bottom right corner of the weather screen, touch the little ( i ).
