Radio for iPhone

The iPhone doesn't have a radio feature. Is this something Apple will consider down the road? Do you guys know when this will come out?

The cellular radio will interfere with it. That's why you need to switch to Airplane mode when you plug it into any kind of speaker system.

I was wondering why they couldn't at least use the dashboard widget programs to get some radio function on there--as on the desktops? I've really enjoyed my public radio widget, works great -- most of the time....
