So far everyday this week my trains into work and home have all been delayed. I've learned to accept that problems occur, but everyday and at least five times every week. Is it just me or are my expectations far too high.
Is it wrong to think that I should be receiving a better service for the huge amounts of fares I have to pay. One day these companies might get things working correctly.
