Well after a couple of hours of removing, uninstalling, rebooting, etc.. I found the culprit?... It was IBLACKLIST! After removing it and rebooting iPhone everything works flawlessly! Somehow it was set to block all my incoming text? I would like to thank you all for your support and suggestions.

You have to be careful when you set all your options and preferences in iBlacklist. It's a wonderful app and mine works flawlessly on 4.3.3.
