My kids still want Legos for Christmas, but... do you remember when Lego sets weren't $75 - $150?!

Its amazing to think about all the gadgets the iPhone replaces:

-an mp3 player
-a digital camera
-a camcorder
-a keychain flashlight (people used to carry those around)
-a watch
... and lots of other stuff if you start to add up all the apps!

And yes, I did used to carry around my mp3 player and my phone everywhere :-/ Its why I was so excited when I heard Apple was making a phone. I thought, "FINALLY I don't have to carry both of them around!"

I just carry my iPhone round with me now and my Sony Ericsson K800i, if I want to take a decent picture that requires a flash!

Remember when you had to wait to see the photos you just took? Shoot the entire roll of film, develop it (yourself or have a lab do it) find the ones you really like and order more prints or an enlargement.

Haha... I know and you paid EXTRA to get them in 1 hour opposed to getting them in week or so.

I remember when my mom put a lock on the telephone dial so we wouldn't run up a huge telephone bill. Cell phones were still thirty something years off.

I only ever carried a phone (1993 - now) got my wife a Palm and it sucked. Gave iPod video's to wife never owned one myself.

I also remember when Bell Bottoms came out... 66 or 67 ...Except the kids in school were not joining the Navy...

No. And neither does anyone else that had one. In fact one of the worst "phones" out there. But it was the start of something beautiful and was the coolest phone out there.
