Restore jailbroken iPhone

i've jailbroken my iPhone 4 (5.0.1) using redsn0w. everything was ok, until the battery was dead. since then, i can't start safari, any of cydia's apps, and to run any app, i have to stop others to run.
i wanted to restore using iTunes (latest) on my pc (windows), but iTunes didn't recognize my iPhone. my computer played 'device connected' sound twice, but it even wouldn't show up in computer.
anyway, i got it to restore mode, which iTunes could recognize, but when i tried to restore it, it would give me 1611 error. i tried everything, no result.
so, i backed up data to icloud, and tapped on 'erase all content and settings'.
no it's running (plugged in) for a day and a half.
any ideas?
please help....

don't have that in the file. this is what i have:
