Retrieving deleted text messages

Can anyone tell me if there is a way to get them back?

If you have done a back up prior to deleting them...you can restore from that back up, but you will lose accumulated data from that point until now.

I have another question is it true you can find out where someone was when they sent a text or photo the moment they sent it? Did that make sense? Lol

If they have geotagging turned on you can tell where the picture was taken, I doubt you can tell where it was sent from.

Settings, location services, Photos
If it is turned on it embeds the location via latitude and longitude of where the photo was taken.

Go to your photo roll on the phone, notice at the bottom where it says Albums or places? Click places.... See those red markers? Pinch to
Zoom on on the map and click

I use this and find my phone for my son

If your have a jailbroken iPhone you can install "Undelete SMS" from Cydia...... I know someone who bought this and retrieved a text message from 2010....results vary from iPhone to iPhone....
