Just wanted all to know that I bought a second iPhone today... so tired of people returning them... Two of my friends who bought iPhones returned them because 1) to many presses to dial a number and 2) no voice dialing.

At least they tried... but yes I bought a second one .. for my partner.

Any other two phone families out there... Lord or three.

Some people probably buy it just to say......"I had an iPhone but I didn't like it so I took it back." When in reality they bought it when they couldn't afford it, so they could impress their friends. Then they have to return it because they couldn't afford it in the first place. Finally they "make up" an excuse for returning the phone. (I have to press to many buttons to make a call) boo hoo hoo

I agree with you, anyone that says it takes too many finger pushes to take a call must be incredibly lazy.

It isn't like we are all going to die if it takes more than 2 seconds to make a call right? I don't realize why even the most credible reviewers are saying "If your phone isn't already awake it can take up to 6 steps to make a call on iPhone".

Who cares? It is still the coolest device out there.

Count me and my wife as a two iPhone family. I waited in line for mine and when I got home and started playing with it, she batted her eyes and said, "I want one." So I went to the Apple store at 10:00pm and they had one! Took 5 minutes!

Women...you know the rest.

P.S. - They are both 8giggers

I can understand the frustration with the lack of voice dailing. Its something i've never used on my previous cell phone, but i think i would on the iPhone. Without the ability to feel the buttons, making calls while driving is kinda dangerous.

We're a two iPhone Family!

My wife and I both have an iPhone an we both like ours very much. Obviously it's a 1.0 product and not going to be perfect...but it's still way cooler than most other phones out there. And unlike many other manufacturers who get a phone to market and forget about it, I believe Apple will be subtly refining this one via firmware updates. It may never be perfect or what we all want this one to be, but it will be getting better!
