Ok. I had to restore to 5.1 & want now to get back to a 5.0.1 untethered JB with iPhone 4 and on iMac and don't want an unlock. Oh, i do have shsh saved from Cydia which i understand i can get through TU. Can someone in the know give me some well proven links. Thanks in advance guys.

A quick google search for iPhone 4 iOS downgrade came up with:

See if that would work for you. It may look daunting, but just follow the steps/links and u should be good to go!

Thanks. That was one of a few I've read & it refers to Faith for Windows but no reference to Mac that I'm on. What's this apticket it refers to? Any idea?

Hey, thanks for that. It looks like I don't have shsh 5.0.1 saved although I know it was on top of Cydia page along with all other iOS but in checking TU it didn't get it?
Anyway, a tethered JB doesn't sound too bad. Do you know anyone who's tried the "semi tether" cydia app?

Dunno about the Cydia app. Most seem to do as advertised. Just make sure it supports your device & planned firmware....
Are you using same computer to check TU as you used for JB?
