Ringtone problem?

Ok, so I have downloaded several ring tones, I know they all work in the iPhone. Problem is in the custom section in sounds I only see 1 ring tone. If I delete that one using iTunes, another one becomes visible, delete that one, another one takes its, and so on.
How do I see the whole list ?
For a company who wants the ultimate in trouble free user experience they sure make some things complicated.

Ringtones have always been kind of tricky with the iPhone.

Yes I see the ring tones in iTunes. They copied over fine. I see lets call it tone 6 in the custom list. But cant see the other 5. If i delete 6 in iTunes. Then i see tone 5 in the custom list. It is weird.
Definitely strange.
Try removing them, and then re-syncing them I guess...sorry, I'm kind of stumped too.

Tried that a couple times now. I manually manage everything. I just deleted big bang and my dexter tone is now the only one i see.
My friend just tried on his phone and the same thing is happening for him too. We must be doing something wrong.
Problem solved. Some sort of glitch. Had to copy the ring tones into the library and then drag them into the ringtone folder under devices. I was simply draging them from my computer to the device folder like i do with movies. Works now.
