When I'm on the phone and someone sends a text or I get a notification, I hear the ring tone in my ear. Is there a way to turn that off?

You didn't specify if u have your earphones plugged in the iPhone or not. If its not on silent and you wear them earphones you always gonna get that. If its on silent you won't get it.
Is is when u on the phone? If thats the case u cant change anything its the case for all phones. I.E. today spoke to my operator to change my billing address and to send me charges if using my phone abroad and i heard the beeps in the headset. Everytime i get a txt while on the phone same thing. N i think its for all fones. Really theres nothing u can do. Jus to mention my iPhone is not jailbroken. Maybe others have solutions?
