Ringtones: ibrickr (0.8) and iTunes 7.4.1

Yesterday, I unmodded my iPhone because I was having some weird problems. Since then, I have also updated to iTunes 7.4.1. From what I've read, this version of iTunes causes custom ringtones to stop working.

If I mod my iPhone again today using ibrickr (0.8), will I still be able to use it to add my own FREE custom ringtones? Or, will iTunes 7.4.1 prevent them from working?

I just did it, with iBrickr and iTunes 7.4.1. Since I had custom ringtones already made up, I just reloaded 'em with iBrickr. They were instantly available - no restart.
