Satellite Phone on Lost--precurser to iPhone?

Was the satellite phone on Lost a hint/spoiler/sneak-peak for the iPhone?

Did the producers of Lost have a deal with Steve Jobs?

Could this be the future of the iPhone?

GPS/Satellite, etc.?

Absolutely. I'm sold. When will our secret features be activated? We must find the next clue.

Time to get out the box sets of LOST.

people always say the phones look the same, but they just have square buttons and use some icons off os x. i really don't see the iPhone in that satellite phone. just my 2 cents.

I see both phones being close to one another. I think it was a Nod from the producers of Lost to the people at Apple. Since the iPhone was unveiled before they shot the ending of Lost.

They did exactly what I would have done too. Take the cool parts of the iPhone. Then make it bigger, thicker and tougher since most Sat Phones are built that way. Boxey and rugged.
