Skinning an iPhone

So...


Ive gone through about every step into customizing my skin for my iPhone..


but im pretty much stuck at this step..


so ive downloaded the skin i want..
and this downloaded skin is set up in which theres folders of each home screen icon, for example a folder named calculator then i open it, and it has the picture for that button named as icon.png

with this download... do i save it in the phonedmg folder?

im not quite sure what to do after this step...


and ive opened iPhone interface after this
and the iPhone was found and everything

so i would type rmdir /applications/calculator.app/icon.png
then press enter and type putfile applications/calculator.app/icon.png
then enter again

and it would say fileref:0

and i don't think its right?
how would i know if it worked?
and if it didn't work what am i doing wrong?
im pretty sure i did something wrong with the downloaded skin file.

im stuck. can anyone help?

There will be a "1" when the change has been made. not the "0" you see now...

i downloaded the skin i wanted and put all the icon files in phonedmg then i dragged the calculators icon and put it in phonedmg

then did the whole iPhone interface stuff but it still says fileref:0 ...
