does anyone know if there is a slingplayer for iPhone? I used to have it with my previous T-Mobile Dash and I love being able to watch my shows on the road. Anyone know if there is any web app or widget for this? Appreciate any help and comments.

I did sent an email to SlingMedia last week asking them about iPhone support. They replied me yesterday stating that the iPhone is still too new and they are researching on the process. Whatever that means and asked me to check up on their website for any updates.
i don't think it will suck. i think it will work alright on edge. of course there is wifi when available. either way i want it as well. the video on the iPhone is so much better than the Q i am excited to see how my slingbox will look on it.
p.s. still luv my Q for all the things it can do that my iPhone cant and that list is VERY long.
Slingbox would be great but we know that aint happening any time soon. Your not happy enough with your own videos?
It's different downloading videos and watching it via Slingbox. There are some programs like sports that I would like to watch on the go instead of downloading and watching a delayed telecast.

1. SLINGBOX
2. Using my phone as a modem for my laptop.
3. Editing Office Docs.
4. Downloading things instead of just having to stream them.
If Apple/AT&T could conquer those four things the iPhone would be the closest to perfect phone of all time.

I'm not sure if this is just for controlling it while watching on your monitor or whatever you are watching the shows on OR if it actually lets you watch the slingbox content on your iPhone. Slingbox users - - -forget Orb
Orb only allows you to use audio/video files. It will show all your folders on all your drives but you can't do anything with them (except audio/video).
It's definitely a cool program though.
