I also had mine in an Otterbox and loved it. Nothing will protect a phone like an Otterbox. But I sold my 3GS along with my Otterbox getting ready for the new iPhone, so I'm in a jam. I will just have to baby it for a while. I'm also on there mailing list.

I just got this exact case. It only took two days to get. It is definitely a 5.99 made in china case, but not as bad as I thought it would be. It is definitely good enough to use until my other goodies arrive.
Agreed! It's served me well.
I must admit that I treat all my gizmos with kit gloves. However its hard to keep such a sensitive device out of harms way. Given the tough daily enviromemt of my occupation. Plus factor in the every day use at the gym for music. Not to mention that I stuff it in my hip pack while out trail riding in the woods on my KTM! Now that's abuse to the 10th power! LOL. And as much fun as you can imagine I may add!

I just got an email from incipio that they have cases ready. I use the dermashot. It is a great silcon case that slips in and out of my pocket easily. Fits great and doesn't stretch-out over time. Just an FYI to the interested.

They just released a rendering of the new iPhone 4 cases. They sure did concentrate on the word " box " in the design! It's just as ugly as the one I have on my 3GS! However it's second to none for protecting my new precious!
Perhaps they can incorporate a antenna signal booster! LOL

My bumper case shipped a day early from Apple and shows out for delivery right now...I ordered the black one. Originally, I wasn't supposed to get it until June 25-29 according to my order receipt...so needless to say, it was a pleasant surprise.
I purchased a black incipio dermashot case at the local AT&T store yesterday. It wasn't suppose to go on sale until today, but I told the salesperson that I really wanted to protect the phone as soon as I got it. Since there weren't very many customers in the store he talked to the manager and then went into the back room and got me one.
