For those that don't already know, updating to iOS 6.1 via iOS's OTA will affect your ability to downgrade. So make sure you restore to iOS 6.1 via iTunes. If you're not too bothered about downgrading then ignore that part. You will also need to disable your passlock, this can be done by:
Settings-General-Passcode Lock- OFF. Not disabling the Passcode Lock can apparently cause problems with the jailbreak.

When the latest jailbreak lands, hopefully shortly, you'll be good to go!
