How about if Apple replaced the current physical Home button to be as an icon working as screen touch instead of physical, this will avoid disfunction and replacement/repair of the current Home button?
I wouldn't like this. Main reason is because the home button is used for resets. Also Android phones have the touch sensitive buttons and I hate those. I like having a physical button.
