sprints speed

has anyone noticed an increase in browsing speeds. it started about 2 days ago for me. before it was hard to get decent speeds were i work. for both my GS2 and my 4s, but now the speeds are about 3x faster. anyways i was just wondering if anyone here has noticed the same thing.

Sprint's network upgrades have finally gotten under way, after delays and cutbacks. There is a great article on what's wrong with Sprint's network and how they plan to fix it: Sprint's Data Network
It's not definitive, but it makes sense and the author has made contact with Sprint to get some facts.
