Stealth Notification - customized vibration pattern

I read that I should go to contacts, select the contact, click edit and then navigate to vibration\create new vibration. However, while on edit a contact, I cannot find vibration\ How can I setup this stealth notification using a vibration pattern I create?

I had to turn on Custom Vibrations in settings under Accessibility - then the option appeared when editing a contact. Thanks!
