Can anybody tell where the stock theme for the 4S resides? I want to make some changes to it.

Are you Jailbroken? Are you referring to the bubble background? You can find the default theme using iFile. But that just shows the photo.

I think he meant everything. The location for the default theme is all over the filesystem.

I used to theme like that (avoiding Winterboard), theming icons directly wasn't as RAM intensive as Winterboard.
