Syncing iPhone TO Computer?

I just recently took my computer to get the keyboard repaired. It was gone for a week and I just used my iPhone as a substitute laptop. It turns out that they cleared my hard drive and I have a practically new computer with no files, programs, pictures, contacts, music, etc. I did not have a backup data disk, as this was an urgent repair and they assured me it would not be necessary.

I re-downloaded iTunes 7.3 and now I'm just wondering if there is a way to take all of my files from my iPhone and reverse sync them into this computer. Does anyone know the answer to this?

Thank you for any help.

I've been trying to do the same thing! I need to get my contacts from my iPhone into Outlook. The phone support guy said that it should be doing it automatically.... It's not :(

For all of your music ... because i lost several harddrives when i had a pc computer before i switched to mac ... you can purchase or free download this program called iRip. What it does is when you plug in your ipod and i believe iPhone it bypasses iTunes and reads your ipod as an external harddrive. This allows your to take all of your music from your ipod and put it on your new computer. It even keeps all of your play lists if you want it too. They have it for windows and mac.

But its worth the 19 bucks to buy it. Because if you don't buy it you can only rip 5 songs at a time.

Yeah, I use a program called iDump for my iPod to do the same, but The iPhone will Only restore music to a iTunes IF the music was purchased from iTunes. Noticed that last night when I was moving music around. when I Sync'd my iPhone it told me that the Purchased music was not in iTunes and gave me a option to put it onto my hard drive from the phone.
