I would like to change the text color or the date on the Calendar icon. Can somebody tell he how that's done?

As per step #3 from here, you'll need to make an Info.plist file for a WinterBoard theme and insert the below information into it.

I did as prescribed, but the calendar date color did not change. I made a Calendar Color.theme. I added an info.plist as prescribed. Is that I'll I have to do?
