What are some of the things you do that causes apps to crash?
Google Maps:
Just using it and plotting a course from point A to point B will cause it to crash if I zoom in and out on the route a few times... it crashes regularly.
iTunes:
If I'm listening to iTunes and surfing the web on Safari while on th train, it will crash iTunes every 10 minutes or so.
When an app crashes, it's pretty graceful. I've only got my iPhone to lockup once and holding down the two buttons rebooted it very quickly... unlike my Windows phone that takes a lifetime to reboot.
