The answer to the glowing battery

My fear, and the reason that i write to you, is that Apple released the better LCD screens first, and now switched to a much lower quality.
I know for a fact that the screens are from different manufacturers.
If i put my phone in Field Test Mode ( by calling *3001#12345#* from the iPhone) i get two different LCD panel IDs:
mine (the problematic one) : 7455232
my girfriend's (nice and sharp) :5755136

Was never a Fan of Sloppy Seconds.....
Now I wonder if any other issues could be related to 2 different phones.
mine's the 5#. I'm glad I bought it first. But I don't think it matters much unless you're looking really close at it. Doubt anyone does that but if u do, my advice is not to stare too long at the screen or your eyes might go bad!

I have the 7455232 screen. I bought it on Day one so the screens are probably well mixed. I see the white dots but so what? I really have to look to see them and the screen looks fine otherwise.
Damn, people stop trying to find problems where there aren't any.

I got the 7455232 LCD model and i got mine on iday. I see the white dots but its not really noticeable
I dunno -- my iPhone is emanating an evil aura. I wonder if Apple will exchange it for me...
