The computer is not authorized to play music, ok to enter password?

Hi. My partner and I have different iTunes accounts. I used diskaid and added his music to my iTunes but iTunes won't play his music. The error message says the computer is not authorized to play his music. The message says enter his iTunes password to authorize. If I do this, will I still be able to play my music? Also... If we then sync our devices with the entire library, will We be able to get each others music on our devices?

Yes, you are fine to authorise on both. Me and my fiance share iTunes and its just fine. My first issue was I didn't want a lot of her music on my iPhone but with playlist you can work around that.
You can also share apps etc. Depending on your memory usage/capacity you have to do some sorting. Music wise you can sort this easily by only syncing playlists but everytime you sync you'll have to manually choose the apps you want.
