To-Do List - Before iPhone 5 Arrival

Thinking through moving from my 4S to the 5... what should I be taking care of now to make the process even faster/smoother?

I've purged some of the apps that I don't use.
I made sure everything backed up to iCloud completely and will again on Friday morning.

What else?

Wouldn't hurt to do a sync / backup with iTunes as well.
Photos: I would copy any important ones to another device ie: computer. Can't have too many backups

I agree with RoofMonkey. I'd transfer everything to the computer through iTunes as well as OTA, just to ensure it's there. Don't add them to the same section of the computer if you do it through iTunes(meaning for contacts, calendars, etc.) because you don't want duplicates.

I'm kind of wallpaper-obsessed, so I'm going to pare down my collection then go on a hunt for versions that will fit the new iPhonems dimensions. Of course, I could've avoided this by never cropping them all in the first place... oops.

Originally I was going to reorganize my apps so that I could restore the new phone from iCloud, but I decided to start fresh and load everything manually instead.
