Transfer Everything from old iPhone to new one

So I just got a 4s and I used to have a iPhone 4 and I'm wondering if there's any way that I can transfer all my pics, apps, etc. to my 4s. Thank you!

You should have did a sync with your iPhone 4 prior to getting your 4S then you connect the 4S & restore from backup.

Or restore from iCloud, if you'd set that up.

The first time you plug your new phone into iTunes it will ask you f you want to set up as a new phone or from a backup. Select backup. Should restore everything off of your old phone to your new phone.
