Trouble playing movies on iPhone

I have two movies from iTunes and everytime I try to sync it to the iPhone it keeps telling me Movie can't play on iPhone... Whats up with that?

Right-click on the movie and select "Convert for iPod"

You have to make sure you converted the movies to the rite format and size to be played on the iPhone

and one more problem
I noiced my screen is pushed in a litte where the chrome meets the screen
( its on the top part of the screen) but its not on the bottom? anyone else?

its not causing any problems for the iPhone but its bothing me.. lol

ok I went to ATT today and got another one and looks good and everything is working......

but the weird part it I didn't pay for the restocking fee? oh well
