Trouble with Steinheil Crystal Clear screen protector on my iPhone 4s

Hi Guys, a few weeks ago I bought the Steinheil Crystal Clear screen protector for my iPhone 4s,
when dispatched it seemed to have no Cover or adhesive on the side that is to be attached to the screen, I contacted the seller and after much explaining he sent me another one which is exactly the same (Is it me) i cannot attach this to the screen, anyone else had a similar problem. Where did you buy it? Is it a knock-off or authentic one? I've purchased SGP Steinheil screen protectors for my current iPhone and iPad and the previous models as well and all of them were clearly marked with stickers to let you know which side had the adhesive to place on the screen.

Thank you for your reply. I bought it on e-bay from, what looks like a reputable seller and had good reviews for $26.99(£16.62) from wowsomethingnew on the 12-2-2012. Ive had a lot of communication with the seller but we seem to have a langauge problem. I came to the conclusion it was me in the end.
