TV Premium Streams Broadcast TV, Won't Last Long In App Store

Not sure how this one got past the App Store approval process. It's $0.99, streams live TV and there are no shortage of good reviews. I wonder how long before it gets booted. I suspect the content providers won't be too happy either.
