Two iPhone's and one iTunes Account

I have a 4s and just bought my wife an iPhone 4 today, we are linked to the same iTunes account everytime i download an app it appears on her phone. We also have Ipad's hers a 1 me a 2 I love cloud and it works great between my 4s and Ipad 2 but how do i keep my stuff off of her devices. Please help.

You can turn off auto downloads in the phone settings, so you can still use the same iTunes, but she can control what goes on her phone.
