Does anyone know the best/any international wifi connectivity systems to avoid stacking up O2 charges while roaming?

I'm on o2 as well, you can get a Bolt-on, I think it's called International or something. It basically makes phone calls from abroad a lot cheaper.

It costed me £10 a month and was seriously well worth it. As I remember it was cheaper for people to phone me abroad than it was for me to phone them.
