Unable to upgrade iOS

Since the jb came out i've been trying to upgrade to 6.1.1 but my phone stays on this screen, can anyone help me?

Don't use OTA to update....use iTunes on PC to carry out the update...

The evasi0n jailbreak disables OTA updates. Make sure your SHSH blobls are saved for 6.1, update using iTunes, and re-jailbreak.

yes, at first Im having issues updating my phone so I tried using my computer and in no time, I was able to update it.

Hehehee... Actually I got the JB as soon as it was released, so I really didn't pay attention to updates.
I did look at the change log, so I RTFM, so you could say. Lol
