i have an iPhone 4 with verizon and i sent my girlfriend a text today that said "what are you doing? why not texting me?" she seemed oddly annoyed at this and was unwilling to answer the questions, but then she told me that she had received this message: "what are your clit. and of course your ass." does anyone know why or how something like this could happen?

Verizon's network at work. I guarantee that it was a "crossed line" text from Verizon's antiquated CDMA network.
I have sent my ex girlfriend texts that came in almost completely backwards, and she has also gotten just parts of texts from me.
The OP's case is a bit extreme, but I wouldn't doubt that their network is to blame. That being said, it's just as possible that someone sent it to her by mistake- unless it said it was from him.

When I was a teenager I ran over a turtle with a lawn mower. Stopped the mower dead. Didn't see him. I thought it was a rock until I lifted the mower up to check it out. Split him in half. I felt sorry for the poor thing. I would never have done that intentionally.

Now I'm scared the next time I create a "What are you doing? Part III" it's going to come up as "What are your clit. and of course your ass? Part III

Poor turtle!

I don't like lawnmowers.

During one of the hurricanes here in FL the rain was horrible. You couldn't see 15 ft in front of you and I somehow ended up driving with my wife in the car. Driving down the road at the last minute we saw a turtle right in the road in my lane. I was unable to avoid it so I had to go over it. Thank God that I didn't kill it and doubtful that I hurt it but after hearing it hit the undercarriage it came out the back and was spinning in the road. Kinda like how the turtle shells spin in Mario Kart.
