I have an unknown number calling me more than twenty times daily and my carrier does not support blocking calls. Any option for me to block the call?

Use a silent ring tone. It doesn't stop them from calling, but does stop the aggravation of an interruption.

By saying an unknown number do you mean it displays this or it is just a number you do not know?
Of you can see the number try a reverse lookup on Anywho.com

I do not know the owner and the few times i answered the call,he spoke rubbish. He is getting on my nerves.

so that means, you have the phone number, just that you don;t know who the caller is? is that right?

well if you have it, you can go look up the phone number in this site http://www.callercenter.com and if it comes up, could be a scam. if it doesn't, file a complaint. that should expose them and warn others not to accept their calls.

I will give calling 100 times a try! That may solve the problem. Suing him will not do cause' in my country this is considered a small felony.
