I have an iPhone 4 and I selected "update all" in the app store because i had about 20 apps that showed there were updates for. Now they are all stuck on "waiting" while one is supposedly "loading", but nothing is happening. I've tried two common suggested fixes which I found from internet searches - i.e., I shut down the phone for 5 minutes, and I turned off the internet connection by selecting airplane mode. Is there anything else I can try? Thanks.

Have you hooked up your iPhone to your computer and tried a sync (specifically, a sync of all yours apps) via iTunes?
I have tapped the waiting apps and they went to paused, then tap them again they started downloading.

I have notice that this does help get the downloads going. Like I said before too there are a few that take forever to download and will hang the whole whole process till they complete there install.
Yeah, when I upgraded from 3GS and got my iPhone 5, signed into iCloud, it took an age to get Apps and Photos, ended up just syncing with iTunes to get them all on quicker.
