1. I called the 1-800 Apple iPhone customer service number just for grins, and he said to be persistent, and to contact the reseller where you purchased the iPhone. They could not be more specific.
2. I contacted the AT&T store and spoke with the manager, whom I have a really good businesss relationship with. He told me that Apple sent out notices not to give any price adjustments unless they are within the 14 day period and with the receipt.
I also made some of my fellow techies over in Cupertino, I was owed a favor and was told NO FLASH update. Because Flash is a memory hog, and not to expect any major updates anytime soon. I hope this guy is wrong.
