Verizon iPhone 4 Backplate question

Is it true that the Verizon and AT&T backplates are not the same for the iPhone 4?
I saw somewhere Verizon is CDMA.

I just want to get a couple backplates to change out but the few sites I've found say only work for the At&t models, and the plates they offer for Verizon are a very select few.

Anyone know of any sites that have these?

I can't give you definitive confirmation, but I doubt there is any difference. Apple said that all iPhones were going to be the same device, just set up to use either GSM or CDMA. That's why the new 4s is a "world phone" for us Sprint and Verizon users. Same device for everyone.

The older 4 might be a different story. Apple had not decided to standardize production when the 4 came out for Verizon after being an exclusive GSM device for years.
