Hey guys, New here just for this issue.
Some dip**** kids set one of our store models to japanese, negative and some button thing. I know how to remedy the first two issues however the button problem, normally when you hit a button it will just select it as you know, but in this mode or whatever it is the button you hit gets a sort of border around it and then a japanese lady says something which im guessing is some sort of accessibility mode. however it doesn't allow you to scroll, so under settings you can only select whats on the screen when it loads. so of course international settings are untouchable. Cant restore the phone because they are a special demo line that doesn't sync with iTunes. (or ours anyway)
any help in this nightmare would be great! thanks
