I am usually a fan of native apps, my issue is with the im clients. What luck do people have with them? The web version of mundu stays connected with more reliability that the native apps. Am I the only one with that issue?

Easy To Install Native Apps

Why would you use web apps when native apps are much better IMO.
Why wait? You can use games, an IM (just like iChat), have Voice recording, reorganize your icons, hide ones you don't use, and sooooo much more cool and interesting apps NOW AVAILABLE for the iPhone. ALL NATIVE! running on the iPhone and easy to install!

I really dislike web apps. I absolutely love native apps. I can upload a screen shot of some of the ones I have installed on my iPhone tonight.

Anyone interested?

definitely would always use native apps over web apps, especially when no wifi is available
Go to http://iPhone.nullriver.com/beta/
Download the installer.app for whichever platform you use(PC or MAC).

Follow the directions from here: http://http://www.iPhoneatlas.com/2007/08/23/guide-to-native-applications-for-the-iphone/

**Remember to never have iTunes running while you are installing the above application on your phone.
!EVEN IF THE iPhone IS TELLING YOU TO DO SO!.

Thats it! It is very easy to do.

Surprised about "software".

I travel a lot and being restricted to software that is only available from the internet is restrictive and seems silly. I suppose it keeps the phone free from viruses but I'd sure like to play chess and Sudoku on the plane.
