Weekly photo contest:March 20th-25th

As the winner of last weeks photo contest I am creating this weeks.

I figured I would take my favorite type of photo right now which in my opinion happens to be the hardest, night time photos. Same rules apply as previous contests. I am submitting a sample photo I took of a fountain here in PA. (low res)

I will announce the winner on the 25th! Happy photo taking!

Yeah this one is difficult. To be honest the last weeks theme was puzzling for me too.
But then my picture taking abilities stink anyway

I know what I want to take a picture of and the opportunity arrived for me to take it however the use of my hands was restricted and couldn't get my phone.
