weird, my visual voicemail just stopped working

today when i went to check my voicemail i clicked voicemail and it dialed the classic voicemail , then it asked me to set it up.... how do i fix this?

After I did I restore to my iPhone, my Visual Voicemail is no longer working as well. Same issue.

wouldn't that be on your guys' end?

Anyway, I'm sure you already rebooted again (after restore cycle), so my guess would be a network issue, like the vm sevice down in yor area at the time or your reception was bad at the time.

yes but att doesn't troubleshoot visual voicemail.....

Im having the same problem. I liked visual VM now I had to do it the old fashioned way.

ok ive been on the phone with Apple then att , then Apple some more , then back with att. somehow the visual voicemail SOC was deleted from my account but they are having trouble adding it back , how weird......

Happend to me all you need to do is go into the preferences menu *while calling old school voicemail* and set it up. After you set everything up it comes back.

It did for me anyway. However it keeps saying WRONG PASSWORD however I just ignore that.

i did all that, did a restore , soft and hard resets nothing worked, att had to remove my iPhone plan and re add it for it to come back , super weird but its fixed now.
