When the folks around where I work see it, then I am 10 or 15 minutes taking them on a demo of what it does, and also, dispelling rumors as to all the things it isn't.Just the opposite. I try to keep it on the down low so people don't bother me with questions or ask to play with it.
I agree! I thought being in Silicon Valley there would be tons of people running around with iPhones but that is not the case. I'm running into people all the time who upon seeing my iPhone want to play, touch, demystify it, and suprisingly have not see one before or don't know what all the buzz is about; WOW!When the folks around where I work see it, then I am 10 or 15 minutes taking them on a demo of what it does, and also, dispelling rumors as to all the things it isn't.
What I have found is either people choose to love it, or hate it. I happen to love mine, and wish all the folks that hate it would just drop bashing the iPhone and go play with their Blueberries, Blackberries, or dingleberries, or whatever other PDA they happen to be in love with. (Sorry for the rant!)
Exactly lol.. i didn't even let co workers know I had it till they noticed like one week later lol but sometimes you need to use it or wanna play with it and boom all eyes are on yaJust the opposite. I try to keep it on the down low so people don't bother me with questions or ask to play with it.
I don't show it off unless I see someone I know. Most people don't even recognize it when I answer or make a call in public.Do you like to show off your iPhone at places?
Same here I don't want all the attention especially from some questionable people.Just the opposite. I try to keep it on the down low so people don't bother me with questions or ask to play with it.
