What do you think I should do?

I went through iTunes activation process at 6:48 PM EDT and got the screen (and an e-mail) that said that my phone would take additional time to activate. Here I am 10 hours later and still not active. My previous phone stopped working 5 minutes after I started the process. I spent 20 minutes on the phone with the 800 number that's listed on the activation screen and they are escalating my number to the "powers that be", but they said that there's nothing they could do to speed things up. I think I deserve some sort of compensation, but not sure what.

Frankly, unless you have anything in writing from AT&T stating that your iPhone would be activated by a certain time, you're entitled to nothing (compensation, etc.) and have to wait like the rest of us.

Sorry :(
