If you have bought one or planning to get one, can you let us know what brand and model of the case did you get. I am really scared since my iPhone has no protection at all right now and i wanna get a case asap.

silicone one for me with a screen protector film.

I want to get one of those stylish clipon cases that are hard i believe.
But if its anyhting like the clear plastic oens they don't connect firmly and break easily.

I got a cheap, temporary case until I find my dream case.

These DLO Jam Jackets fit the 3G as if it was made for it. It's $10 (50% off) at the AT&T stores I went to.
I also bought the DLO screen protectors. It's doesn't fit the 3G perfectly but it's good for now until I can find some custom 3G screen protectors.

In the long run I'm looking for a hard plastic clear case that would show off my beautiful white backing. I would also like a belt clip that has a horizontal and vertical stand.

I have a Zcover on mine. Not using the belt clip on it though. It looks and feels like an armor case and it fits the 3g (meant for v1)

Did any of you guys buy the Griffin elan leather form case? If you did, could you post how is your initial experience on the case. Does it easily fit in. I read somewhere that it is very tight, the slider case and gets difficult to remove the bottom half while docking the iPhone 3g.

I had my mom pick me up a cute temp case until I find one I love. She got the incase leather and neoprene one from Apple. It will do for now so I don't scratch the heck out of my iPhone! LOL

Where did you find anti-glare for the 3g phone? I only saw the v1 anti-glare and thought there'd be too much of a space between the edge of the film and the phone's chrome edge

yeah this sucks, i ordered yesterday and have no idea when itll arrive. in the meantime i carefuly cut away the plastic that the phone came with lol so that its only covering the screen and not the earpiece or the buttons.. at the very least, the screen is protected still right now, even though that plastic covering is getting scratched up
