Just trying to spark up a thread on the most used iPhone feature. Personally I use the iPhone clock app as my alarm everynight more than my actual alarm clock. I also love watching movies on this great gadget. What about you guys?

Mail and ipod.
I will use safari for small tasks like better weather checking, but the lack of flash cripples it for many sites that I would visit. I will use safari more then any other feature once we get flash (which I am assuming we will). Will try meebo or the other one (moobo or something) and see how they work for instant messaging!

no single feature i use the most - i use a few with about the same frequency: phone, mail, safari, and ipod. sms and notes a not-so-distant second.
