what my iPhone is missing? no im not going to follow what everyone already said....

games! Apple needs to release some games already. i know theres talks about this and selling them on iTunes but i miss having just something to do

(yes for now youtube helps when im bored)

but they need games, and with the tilt tech and everything i mean there could be some crazy ideas....

just one is a simple marble game where i tilt my iPhone (i think wii has something like this)

ideally i just want some cool version of tetris but yeah

The marble idea sounds pretty cool and probably doable. I know that someone has started working on a iPhone capable version of tetris. That's what I am waiting for. He has it working but is trying to get it into full screen so that its easier to do. Do a search and check it out if you haven't seen it already.

If this is an indication of using tilt, I ain't expecting much:
http://www.xeodesign.com/games/tilt/

Hopefully there is more granularity than just "portrait" or "landscape."

I've been limping alone with these:

Bubblet Clone (not bad, at least as far as iPhone games go):

Tic Tac Toe with a twist (not basic tic-tac-toe):

Simple solitaire:

And of course the usual suspects:

Sure would be nice to have SOUND!

Then you'll have to do without, because the browser-based games are all there is for the moment. Some are somewhat OK, considering what they have to work with (or without!).

The web based apps suck... When you're on a flight in airplane mode you're stuck with watching videos on the iPod because none of the games are stored on the phone itself. There are many times where I don't have reliable cell access and I would like to play a game.
