What's all the rumors about in Google for the iPod Touch?

Hey,

I really like this forum as for eIC! I do still feel about the jailbreaking that I didn't understand. I like coming here.

Anyway, what's all the rumors about for the new iPod Touch? I did a search in Google for it. Is it true that they are coming out with one? How much would it cost for one in the USA? When is the release date? How many gigs will it be able to hold? What will this iPod be able to do?

I never had a Touch except for the old Nano that I can't find. I am curious, do I need to setup a monthly plan for the Touch to use it, and do I need to activate it?

The big rumors surrounding the iPod touch is that it will support 3G, similar to say the iPad 3G. I'm not sure this will ever happen, but it's certainly interesting.

One member on this forum said that it was him, then would wait until the iOS 5 comes out to get the classic. I am still waiting for his reply in PM on why he said that. Do you, or someone knows why to wait until iOS 5 comes out then get a iPod?

iPods typically get announced in the fall. It's likely that a new model could be announced in conjunction with the iPhone 5.

If someone wants a Classic, I don't see a reason to wait. I don't see that model changing.
