When selling my iPhone 4 do I remove the SIM?

Purchased the iPhone 4S on launch day with plans to sell my iPhone 4 on Ebay. I've never sold a phone before, do I remove the sim chip prior to shipping the phone? I hope this isn't a dumb question but I just don't know. I don't know how much information the sim contains and if there is any risk of it getting in to the wrong hands.

Yes, you'll want to remove the SIM card. It was deactivated when you activated you iPhone 4S, but the buyer will have their own SIM card. You'll also want to restore the phone to factory settings prior to shipping it. This will remove all of your personal information.

Thanks! That was my thought and I'd already done the factory restore but I just didn't know about the SIM.
